Excellent set of heads! Jun 02, 2011

Recently put these heads on my new drum kit, and the sound improvement was dramatic! I used a G1 clear on bottom, and I would highly recommend this combination. No additional dampening still provided a great tone, no annoying overtones...just lets the drum sing naturally. Head seems to tune well. I'm using Evans heads all around, I'd recommend them all and this is no exception. I doubt you would regret using these! They can make even a low end kit sound great!

Hi, I purchased these because my old ones were crap, although these are definitely a upgrade there not for me. If however, you play rock / metal music these are perfect. If you play heavy metal / Death metal (Fast music) then these aren't for you. I should've went with the Clear ones, but these heads are quite unresponsive, these are more durable then sensitive. So there alright. Definitely an upgrade from my old ones.

Very good product, made a real difference in my Pearl Export.
The price is very competitive too, even with the transport cost more than 25% cheaper than buying it in AUS.
